Daniel Evans moved to Florida to get away from Atlanta GA. He said it was to get away from the taxes of GA. Really it was to get away from all the people he ripped off! We wondered way he never had anything in his name? It was because he didn't want to be found from all the people he stole money from! I didn't do a check before we let him in! He kept claiming he had a deals worth 38 million dollars and was building a resort in the Bahamas. He was looking for investors  Really Dan was robbing people of there money. This resort is never going to be built! He is living off other investors money! Daniel & Joni Evans were evicted from the last house in Feb 2013 in Atlanta Ga. Now The Evans are being evicted from the house they are renting in Florida and have not paid rent in 4 months!! They are real scumbags. They adoted 7 children and he puts them in front of him, so everyone feels sorry for him!  They have a live in Nanny, who they claim hasn't been paid in 2 years! Mr.E gets support from the state of Ga and lives of the money of the kids! The kids dont go to school and Mr. E claims they are home schooled. When asked what grade the kids are in? They don't know. Now there son from Ga. has moved in...  My advice is to stay away from this Scumbag! He will rob you of your money!
