Daniel Glaser, PLLC unethical law guardian clifton park, New York

Daniel Glaser is a court appointed law guardian for my three children, ages 8,11 and 13,  in Saratoga county, NY.   Mr. Glaser has committed one of the worst ethical infractions I can think of.  He neglected to stand up and represent his 3 clients to the best of his ability. 
My children were encouraged to trust their law guardian and feel confident that he would represent them in court.  The children's trust was broken multiple times by Mr. Glaser having communication with their father and their father's attorney regarding the content of what they discussed.
In court, he would not speak in the children's behalf. 
The children's father and I ended up in a heated court battle.  I had fled the marital home 2 years ago due to being abused.  The children were with me every step of the way of rebuilding my life after being a stay at home mom since they were born.  Their father took me to court for custody.  He was never involved in the daily activities of the children, nor very interested, so it was never in question that the children would be in my physical custody.  Their father, over the course of 2 years, repeatedly disparaged me and my new boyfriend, in front of the children.  This was causing the children to feel alienated from their father.  They love and respect their mother and my new boyfriend!  Their father has a lot of money and took the case all the way to trial, buying a high priced attorney and a forensic psychologist to support his case.
Dan Glaser clearly took sides with the father by  communicating only with my ex's side and NOT communicating the children's stance in court.  The children did not want to change custody and clearly felt uncomfortable with the their father.  My oldest son disclosed a history of abuse by the father and the law guardian upon hearing it, encouraged ME to report it!  Which, if you are familiar with courts now a days, looks bad on the other parent.
Due to the agressive lawyering and Mr. Glaser's silence, we etered into a shared parenting plan.  My children now are getting physical issues due to their extended stays with their father.  My youngest will hold his bowel movements because he is afraid his father will try to watch him in the bathroom.  My middle son suffers terrible from allergies and his father does nothing about it.  My oldest son hates his father and the bullying he suffers by his father is making him depressed and suicidal.
Mr. Glaser clearly did not abide by the rules of law guardianship.  His role only was to advocate for the children.  My sons are clearly old enought to speak their wishes and have a say in court.  This man said nothing and refused to listen to the children.  As the children have increasingly more problems, he willl not respond to them.  He has not checked on them once since this new arrangement has been in place for 2 months.  Does tragedy have to happen before this man will open his mouth?
