Daniel Herbert needs to stop Smoking CRACK. This man has video cameras out side of his house and set up at the front gate of meadowland cove. It has been said that he likes to lay in his bed SMOKING CRACK and DRINKING while watching all the children going to and coming home from school on his video monitors... Hummm. I wonder what else he might be doing ? ? ? Meadowland Cove property association needs to be informed of this ASAP .. I think they have this sicko on the board. GOD HELP US ALL.
