Do not use this attorney!  My experience should be a warning!  He got on the stand and didn't even know his client's (mine) name!  He wasted two months of time (the only time he had before trial), did not follow up on subpoenas, depositions and did no discovery.  He charged me thousands and then threatened to not show up in court two days before court unless I sent him thousands more.  I had to insist on a record of his charges and he charged me for stuff he said he said he wouldn't charge for and it was so sloppy, it didn't even have a complete date on it.

Almost every piece of evidence, if not all, was provided by me and he didn't even read it until two days before trial.  He was totally unprepared and lost the case.  The worst attorney EVER!  I'm still trying to verify that he had ex-parte communications with the judge and it's almost certain he lied on the stand (still verifying). E-mails back this up.
