This guy is a complete FRAUD! He spams your Elance ads with the perfect design, quick comminication just to give him job. Then once he is accepted and interviewed - seems that he has no issues helping out. Then, once its time to do the job - he vanishes. On Skype he is online, but refuses to respond to any type of request if he is going to work or not. Eventually after a week of agressive requests he responds: "I cannot work with you at this point". Yet, he already knew how time sensitive is the issue. So entire week got wasted. Stay away from this crook. He does not mind wasting anyones time, and powedering sugar on the chat programs.
