CKLB507). Nettos was confirmed to be the driver. Nettos’ three children (ages 10, 7, 3) were suspected to be in the rear seats of the van. Castro is suspected to have also been a passenger. The van did not stop. The involved OPP officers did not engage in a pursuit and the van was last seen traveling southbound on the 400 Hwy.
