Danny Jusits Danny Justice RIPOFF SCAM PAINT AND BODY - STEER CLEAR - SELL PARTS - TRAILER WITH YOUR CAR - THIEF Old Hickory Tennessee

Stay away from the paint and body business located at 1115 Donelson Ave in Old Hickory, TN 37138. The proprietor is a 48hrs old man named Danny Jusits. He will tell you his name is Danny Justice. He will do this to hide his background of bad check writing and consistent driving without a license charges in davidson county. I am providing this information to save anyone the hassle of doing business with this man in any way shape or form.

I gave the man my car in February of 2014. I provided him half of the funds down and was informed my car would be block and sanded primed and painted within a few weeks. During the next 2 weeks I was calling and leaving messages asking for pictures if the progress. I received no calls back. I then started randomly visiting the shop over the next two weeks. No one was ever there. It was always closed. So I left a very concerned message demanding I see the progress on the car or I wanted my money back so I could go elsewhere. Mr jusits returned my call amd said there was a water leak at the building and it slowed down progress but the car was ready to be primered (I still had not seen the car). He told me to meet him at the shop the next day. When I was in transit to meet him he called and cancelled. As a matter of fact he called and cancelled his own arrangements always. 

It took me the next month to finally see my car and NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE except badging and moulding removed. I realized I was screwed at this point however the man didn't have any money to give me back like I requested and he begged me to let him finish the job.

Over the next few weeks he managed to make painfully slow progress and I was informed my car would be  done May 1st after he returned from a easter weekend trip to his inlaws. Well easter Sunday I had driven by his shop and the owner of the building was there inspecting the property so I stopped in to maybe get a sneak peak at my almost finished car. When I looked in the shop my car was gone. IT WAS NOT THERE!

Infuriated, I started looking around the shop and found a car registered to his wife that had no license plate on it. I was able to find the home address in the glove box information. You bet I went there at 730am.

In the driveway was my freshly painted numbered car with a fictitious tag on it ready to go on a Easter holiday to his inlaws. 

Mr. Jusits is awaiting charges for theft of services.

OH, but there's more!

Soon after that I had my car back. Approximately 2 weeks after that the pain t started cracking all over the car. EVERYWHERE. Within 2 months the car looked worse then when I took it to him. It was aweful. I had to take it to another shop to get it fixed. It looked like it had reptile scales. 

5 days later and $1747 more I was informed that Mr Jusits had used enamel paint most likely from tractor supply on my vehicle because of the way the paint reacted when it was removed.

Mr Jusits will have civil charges filed against him this week for $3000

DANNY JUSITS or DANNY JUSTICE whatever he wants to call himself is a thief and a liar. PLEASE STAY AWAY.

I am not the only one. He has many vehicles in the shop that have been there for over a year. He starts them and never finishes them. He uses their license plates on his own cars for months because he isn't allowed to drive.
