Danny Yazdani (Global Roofing) insurance fraud, tax fraud, false promises Greenwood Village Colorado

The person making this report, also filed 4 COMPLAINTS with the BBB at the same time he made this report. He claimed to be 4 different homeowners making such complaints. (yet, he used the same contact or false) information for each of those complaints, probably assuming I would not get to see that information..) We contacted every one of the 4 homeowners who supposedly made these claims, and they ALL stated that they did not make these, they would write a letter to BBB stating this, and that the complaints were fraud. The BBB has investigated and dismissed EVERY complaint the was made based off the fact that it was proven, that the complaints were made by the same person making THIS ripoff report, and not the homeowners. 

This former employee knows NOTHING about our tax filing, nor where we file our taxes. This is a bogus statement, and I do not need to elaborate on it...contact the IRS and find out for yourself.

We do not tell/teach any of our subcontractors to commit fraud, nor do we support it. We have a zero tolerance policy for that, and will not tolerate it from anyone. Him stating that we told him to make damages on a roof himself, is 100% false.

The claim that we made the insurance pay $35,000 for 5 window repairs, and we allegedly only replaced 1, is completely false. He made the same statement in the first claim with BBB. I have proof that this is false. (and proof that he made the same statement.)

Saying we commit fraud on a regular basis, is not only defamation and slander, but it is completely far fetched. We have HUNDREDS of happy homeowners who would be happy to vouche for this, and currently refer us to their neighbors and friends. (most of our business is based off of referrals). If we commit fraud on a daily basis, then why have we NEVER had a complaint to any website, state agency, etc since we opened in 2010? Also, it is ironic, that all of these so-called complaints against our company, have all surfaced at the SAME TIME. (I have supporting documents to prove these dates and complaints...it does not take a rocket scientist to come to the same conclusion, that this is simply a delusional ex-employee trying his hardest to single-handedly damage our reputation...unsuccesffully.)

Danny is NOT the owner of the company, and state records will prove otherwise. IRS records will also prove that we are in compliance with COLORADO state/national laws and tax guidelines. 

I'm pretty confident, that if ANY company was committing fraud on a "DAILY" basis, there would be a number of LEGITIMATE complaints on file with numerous agencies.. But seeing as it has been 3 years that we have been in business, and we have had ZERO complaints, it means we are doing something correctly.

I would like for you to also aknowlege that we are members of the the COLORADO ROOFING ASSOCIATION, and are commited to promoting the ethics, education, and image of the roofing industry in the state of Colorado, through meeting and actions of the members.
