I agree with you 100%. Dan has been making a living off of scamming people who buy from him on the interent. It makes me laugh when he says to call him because he doesn't hide like other scammers. HAHAHA Try and dialing the main. You get a computer voice message that says leave a message. What company doesn't have a personal voice message? I left 18 messages on that number and I got zero call backs. Emailing Dan and his other criminal partners, Joy and Tom, is worthless too. They lie and lie and lie and lie. And Dan who cares if the item is $59 or .59 cents? The fact is you ripped me and hundreds of other consumers off. I urge all other consumers who have been ripped by off by this company and man to come forward. I'd love to get the state involved too. I work too hard for my money to be taken for a scam ride by this man. If you think I'm lying do a google search of daniel horton or dans cellular and you will see plenty of evidence of what they have been doing on the net. I was also given excuses such as death in the family, sickness, backorder, wrong tracking numbers. I have never dealt with a company or individual with such a criminal mind. As an American citizen it is my duty to make you aware of this SCAM!!!!! He changes his alias on the net to sell. A day after I bought a headset his name on ebay was unregistered. He sold 1600 units that day too so I can imagine we all got ripped off. He is on overstock too. BEWARE BEWARE. LETS GET THE STATE AND POLICE INVLOVED.
