DataSphere Mobile Advertising - coupon network HORRIBLE STAY AWAY! Seattle Internet

Unauthorized person signed up over the phone with a high pressure sales person for advertising. Credit card was stopped and new one issued.  Some how the package was 'auto renewed' on the new credit card number.  When we called the company to find out what 'data sphere' was we were informed that it was for an auto renewal that was written in small print on the contracte 'electronicall' signed by an authorized person.

Ads were never seen and when queestioning the charges we were shown a 'dashboard' with apparent information on our compoany. The information was not correct and the logo was not ours.  Contact person told us that nothing could be done because two years previously we were sent an emal asking for updated infortamion and we could have changed the information on our own.

We posted a negative review and were called by the custormer support person who told me they get their information from the internet and are not responsible for incorrect information. And since they advertised for us we could not be refunded the money that was fraudulently changed to a credit card.  

The recurrent charges were not realized by our compoany -- they were misidentified for another service -- so that is our mistake. HOWEVER we never signed up, the intial charge was not authorized - the services paid for were not delivered.

Other than initial emails that went to span in 2015 NO communication, reach out, phone calls or emails were received in a year and a half. No invoice, no receipt, no service!
