I purchased a software online for a website, included was installation and a template, 12 hours after paying I got the download. They said it was easy and anyone could install so I went at it, could not get it and I am a network admin for unix, after another 12 hours for an answer on my support ticket David told me to get my hosting provider to help, I replied with the link to show him where I paid for installation as part of my package, and he blew me off and never replied. I hired a programmer to fix the scripts that did not work ($200) then opened another few tickets asking for my download for my template, I have asked at least 15 times since then and have 4 or 5 replies saying things like "what is your order number? and, I will check and get right back to you) I asked for a refund, did get a reply David: we don't give refunds...

Got tired of it, asked my colleague to log in and buy the template, so he did. 24 hours later finally got the link to the download, downloaded and could not get it working, contacted my programmer again $, he looked at it and says it is not compatible with the code they sold me to start this mess. So I (aka: Jerry) opened a ticket explaining my ordeal, about 24 hours later got a reply, David again! he sent me a link to a download and told "jerry" to log in with his original codes they sent, guess what?? It was the same file! Jerry has asked many times for a refund, the purchase came with a trial of 7 days but you had to pay upfront, they no longer have any "trial versions"

While all of this is going on I keep getting messages through the ticket system (I say "keep" I mean it take close to a day for EACH reply, and they all say the same, "we will check into it" I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Get this, I decided to call the number listed all over their web sites and it has been disconnected! I check with the Calif BBB, they have an F rating with 10 unanswered complaints. I should have checked them out but I purchased from the new site, so I was not able to find anything bad, but saw stuff all over the internet about, they are many many complaints about this company going back a few years, all had the same experiences I have had, but they could at least call and have someone hang up on them! I can't even call, you can't even find an address online but they claim to have at least 3 locations?

I have documents to back up everything I have said just in case they try to sue me.
