Dave and Busters San Diego Drunken patrons San Diego California

 On Sunday Jan 29 I was having dinner with my wifes family that is in town for their grandmother funeral. We were sitting by the bar area and noticed a couple of lpud and drunk oatrons at thebar. My brother in law got up from the table and was on the way to the restroom when a Guy with tattoos all over his body happened to bump into my brother in law as he was passing bye. My brother in law kept walking as the guy started cursing at him and telling him he wants to fight him outside.

The guy ended up throwing two punches at my brother in law as security witnessed the assault and got in between. My brother in law and the guy that threw the punches were both asked to go outside and leave facility. Security did nothing but tell the tatoo guy who committed assault to go home even though he was still cursing and yelling outside. I than proceeded to call police because security did nothing to difuse situation. The security explained to me both parties are always asked to leave even if they clearly see my brother in law did not defend himself.

Dave and Busters would not take a cent off my 193.00 bill for 8 of us that just had our food served. We just had food for 6 minutes when altercation happened. I spoke with manager on duty and he refused to give a discount and said he will box food to go. I told him I am a regular patron at their establishment but it did not matter. So my family left all 8 of us...my 14 year old daughter, my wife and I, her parents and two brothers. I cannot believe I was charged for a meal I was not allowed to eat. I will never go to Dave and Busters again. Ever
