david a elliott has 5 children with 3 women. i am wife number 2. he works at a job untill the child support agency catches up with him. in 15 years the only time he has every visited his kids is if i made him do it. never a birthday card or phone call. if they want to see him they have to go to the bar where his girlfriend works.
his support payments were only 130.00 per month for 10 years and he wouldnt pay that!! now he owes over 50 thousand dollars. the child support agency in san joaquin county in california is a joke. he's never even seen the court room. his former employer (precision lathing in sacramento california helps him evade paying!!!) and i want them to know i'm on to their scam. (shame on you tony) I offered to drop all the money that he owes if he would just see the kids one weekend a month but he wont. his exuse is he doesnt want to deal with me. my kids are 17 and 15 and he's never had to deal with me to see them. there are lots of family and friends that would do that for him. it really is your loss dave!!!
