David Belton Software Enterprises ripoff I ordered a complete marketing system Carp Ontario

I would have filed this rebuttal ealier; but was not aware it has been posted.
It was brought to my attention today.

Said client was refunded for the refundable part of the package - 879.95 - as it
became clear certain techical requirements OUTSIDE of the purchased
software package; such as FTP and site maintence were not strong
enough on the client's site to build and maintain the site to go with the
software order. We provided the software for replication and automated
followups on an unlimited affiliate basis; client was to provide their own website[s].

Part of the package - $150.00 - was not refundable as it was
for dedicated server hosting services which involve 3rd party
non recoverable fees.

We did provide the client with support and answered all questions; however
client became combative and abusive [emails on file]; and from
there the sale went downhill so to speak.

We also feel certain email filtering issues beyond the clients and companies
control may have futher hampered commications and resolutions.

We have over 25,000 clients worldwide ; and work with them to resolve any
service related issues to the degree humanly possible.
