'David Alyn Williams' or 'Dave' or 'DW' or 'DWill'
is a Dead Beat Dad and has Bi-Polar Disorder! He reports that he has seizures since 16 but I never saw one nor did Rachel (his ex-fiance) see one either. He is on Carbamazapene but will go off medicine at will. Beware! For he has had children by me and at least one other that I know of. He signed over his rights to his child by Rachel.
He owes well over $55,000 USD in back child support and currently doesn't pay child support for his 4 children. He promised and signed legal documents stating he would pay child support for all 4 children, the youngest of which was born disabled.
The judge gave me a RARE open-ended permanent restraining order against this man because of his violence and this is documented in the court documents in Trenton FL.
I lost my house that I owned prior to meeting & marrying him and most of the debts were left in my name since he came from another country. Ladies, David used me to get into this country, do not let him use you!
From time to time he works under the table and does computer work. He is also known as a computer hacker. When I was married to him he worked for a hospital in Halifax, Virginia as a Network Analyst.
His Driver's License has been suspended on numerous occasions for non-payment of child support and traffic tickets. His British passport is also suspended for non-payment of child support, so he cannot leave the country.
Watch out Ladies! He is a charmer, liar, , user, moocher, Dead Beat Dad, and always full of promises that he never keeps. If you are involved with him or know him, please report him to the authorities as he is wanted in Trenton, FL. If you do not trust my word for things, then check out the court in Trenton, FL for court documents that will validate what I have spoken here.
It is VERY sad what this man has done to one family. I can only hope that he doesn't do this to anyone else. My children are angry and very upset with him, don't let him do this to your children!
All this is backed up by a court of law's legal documents which are located in Trenton, FL. Last court date was of Summer 2006 whereas David has a warrant for his bodily arrest for non-payment of child support and non-payment of medical services for the children. He has a purge amount due, so he cannot get out of jail unless this is paid. This is his second arrest warrant issued and he was placed in jail prior to this date for the same reasons of non-payment of child support and non-payment of medical services.
There is so much more to this story than I can fit in here, but most importantly my children need their child support to live a somewhat normal life. It is very sad that this man repeatedly chooses not to work and chooses not to pay his bi-weekly child support order. If my ex-husband were to pay his regular child support and his back child support that he owes as well as providing medical for the children, then we would not be on assistance. He has a responsibility to his children! I retain complete FULL custody of the children since I am the stable parent.

I have an update to this report. David Alyn Williams is on facebook with "Dave Wills" He is also living on Brynmore Ave in Newtown UK. He now owes over $281,000+ in child support arrears (this includes over $71,000 dollars in interest). He has not paid in over 15+ years for 4 children, the youngest of which was born disabled and is missing an entire portion of his brain. The youngest also has 77% scoliosis and cannot have surgery. And he also has seizures. He still cannot sit up, walk, talk, and needs 24/7 care. David has chosen not to see his kids in over 15+ years. David still also owes current support, which has been extended due to the disabled youngest, medical, and college. All of which David agreed to and legally signed he would pay in court. And the US and UK courts have worked endlessly trying to get David to pay. I still have the RARE Permanent Open-Ended Restraining order against David, due to violence on his behalf.
David has broken the law on several occasions by not reporting to the court any changes or doing what the court has asked him to do and fleeing the US back to Newtown UK. His passport is blocked for use by the USA. He also has lied to the court about not being able to work due to Bi-polar disorder, a letter that is filed with GilChrist county court in FL, USA.

David has now remarried to an Amanda Spilsbury Williams and they reside at the address listed above in Newtown, UK. Amanda has 2 children previous to the marriage, and the younger is a daughter with autism. They have been married since June 24, 2016. Amanda is also on facebook with two accounts Amanda Spilsbury Williams and Amanda Spilsbury Taylor.
David also has a child out of wedlock with his previous 3rd mistress of Rachel Stansel Hower. He is a teen and has been adopted. David relinquished his rights to this boy many years ago.
David has been working for the past 9 years at Invertec Drives.com in Welshpool, as Head of IT and making good money. When I was married to him, he was a Network Analyst working for a hospital in South Boston, VA. David also previously worked for Control Techniques in Newtown prior to our marriage.
David continues to go on Holiday's and has expensive toys such as a drone costing over $1,300. And a camera costing over $1,200 with a lens costing over $600. He has additional assets as well. It is documented online of hotel stays and restaurant meals on Trip Advisor.
David's StepFather was David Alyn Williams, Sr.
David's Mother is Caryl Ann Grosvenor Williams
David's step brother is Lee Williams.
David has an extensive family in Newtown UK and the surrounding areas. None of them have come forward to help with information about David.
There is still an arrest warrant out for bodily attachment for a $10,000 purge amount out of GilChrist county FL.
This child support is for the children, and is owed to the family by courts of law. These 4 children, especially the disabled child, need this child support from their father! It is his responsibility and legal duty to pay according to the courts in both the US and UK.
