Went to the salon and Samantha, the stylist, told me that the price of a color for my daughter would be well under $200.00, she pulled out hair swatches and showed us what color she could make my daughters hair.  We agreed on an ash blond with foils.  After 5 hours, my daughter came from her station with bright orange hair.  Samantha said that she could not correct the color and had the audacity to charge me 300.00 for the service.  She said she did an ombre (which we did not request) and it came out looking like my daughter was growing her orange hair out with 2 inches of brown roots.  

When I complained to the owner, David Houston, he said that Samantha told us that the hair would come out orange at first and that further work would have to be done to fix it, which would cost $400.00.   I explained that she did not tell us that the hair would come out orange and that she said that she would charge under $200.00.  Mr. Houston pretty much called me and my daughter a liar and had a staff member call us when we got home and told us not to come back.  

Mr. Houston is spineless as he did not tell us to our face that we were not welcome back.  I was professional, did not yell and shook his hand when we left the salon.  

DO NOT USE THIS SALON.  Their prices are ridiculously outrageous and they do a poor job.
