Moore sold us a mobile home that needed repairs, and he would deliver it and do the work and give an estimate of the cost. He returned, gave a $2,000.00 figure and asked for $1,000.00 down. The check was written, which he cashed the next day and never reurned to do the job. Several weeks of phone calls leaving messages on the answering machine to no avail.

David K. Moore stole $1,000.00 from us as well as ripped us off on the price of the Mobile home he sold us under false pretenses. He told us it only needed a few places in the floor replaced, and some of the ceiling replaced. When the carpet was pulled up, we found that the entire floor was layed with pressed wood, which got water damaged from roof leaks and it had crumbled and buckled throughout the home.

He agreed to replace the floor and fix the ceiling that was falling down, for $2,000.00, and wanted half down and the balance when he finished. We paid him $1,000.00 and never saw or heard from him again. We did some extensive on line searches through subscription services and found some details and how to find him, but decided not to pursue him through the Courts because he doesn't own any property and we could only get a judgment agaist him, and not recover our money back.

This address appears to be his mother, Shirley and step-father Raymond Daniell. That phone number is 214-375-3591.

Also at that address is Richard Moore and Randall Matthew Moore. I believe that he used his step-father's business card as his own. His full name is David Keith Moore and his birthdate is 8-29-63. He was also listed as Quest Roofing and Handyman Service at 1648 Lyon Street, and 1608 Lyon St. in Lancaster.

His full time job is a rip off artist, so I hope someone can get him stopped.
