Local Corruption

I am accused of using abusive tactics.  The only ones who may consider my tactics abusive are the lawyers and public officials I have been attempting to hold to the rule of law.  I suspect this was written by a lawyer against whom I filed criminal charges with the Dallas County District Attorney, along with a set of charges against the Justice of Peace in Garland, Texas referenced above.  I have been putting together a remedy for corrupt courts and now the courts are using your tax dollars to retaliate as is commonly the case.  I have been filing some specific documents which invoked law and the duty of the JP’s in order to show that they are absolutely corrupt before filing a federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act suit.  Sadly, the JP’s I have been in front of so far have not disappointed me, or rather they have in that they are consistently corrupt.  They regularly ignore law and do what the banks want.  Before accusing all the JP’s in Dallas and Tarrant County of being corrupt, I needed each of them to either demonstrate their disregard for law or demonstrate how a judge should act. 

Corrupt Federal Judge

There is a federal judge, Judge McBride, in Fort Worth who seems to have a habit of ruling against pro se litigants out of hand at every turn.  I have filed three Trespass To Try Title suits that were removed to his court which he dismissed, with prejudice, immediately. 

The problem with that is, the Federal Jurisdiction and Venue Clarification Act of 2011 has taken away any jurisdiction the federal court may have had concerning a state issue. Since the filings were carefully crafted to only make state claims against the sufficiency of a document file with the county recorder, there were no federal issues and the court was required to sever all state issues and remand them to the state. 

Judge McBride completely ignored standing law and acted instead, on his strongly held prejudice against any citizen who would dare to stand up for himself and dismissed, with prejudice.  The judge totally lacked subject matter jurisdiction and, therefore, exerted, or purported to expert an authority his did not have and in the process denied me in the full and free access to or enjoyment of a right in clear and direct violation of 18 U.S.C. 242 (The Klu Klux Klan Act of 1871). 

Now judge McBride has the lawyers who are terrified of him scurring around trying to discredit me in order to prevent me from presenting him to a state grand jury alleging a violation of Texas Penal Code 39.03 which is the state version of the Klu Klux Klan Act. 

Corrupt Officials Not The Problem

I am not really after Judge McBride.  In the overall scheme of things, he is of little importance.  The real problem I am after is the culture of corruption where your public officials, in the form of judges, prosecutors, investigators, and police, are using your tax dollars to maintain the worst police state the world has ever seen.  If you try to protect your rights in Texas, you will find the whole weight of the system falling on you and the fed is so bad, don’t dare go there.  All they have to do is make an accusation and you are screwed.  The average conviction rate for all crimes across the board in Texas is 99.6%.   Would you recognize  a police state if you were in one? 

The only thing we have going for us are state grand juries.  They know I am preparing to take them there and are doing everything they can to prevent that, even to the point of tampering with a witness through legal harassment and threats. 

They know that is where I am headed and will do anything discredit me and keep me from bringing them to task for their misdeeds.  They will even stoop to this type of baseless slander.
