I was working with Brett and Wayne and the General Manager Randy in getting my new VW Jetta. I live several hours away from Orlando, so for the previous 2 weeks, I reviewed every detail of my transaction and the exact amount that I would be required to bring with me to pickup my new VW. I confirmed the exact requirements and funds needed with these representatives at this dishonest dealership, via telephone, email and text, for the 2 weeks prior to my trip to Orlando today; to ensure that it would be a smooth transaction. Instead, when I arrived there, everything changed! They were requiring a significant amount of additional funds to get my transaction completed! With total disregard for what we had already agreed upon! This is deceitful, fraudulent business practice!! Don't be fooled by their smooth double talk, nor trust any emails or texts , whatsoever.! I advise everyone to avoid this Dealership at all costs! They are swindling thieves! Thanks for wasting my time and Money!!
