Ok, So their Joseph you are obviously an idiot because you are making assumption and accusations of things you have no knowledge over.  That in itself shows your intelligence level to be that of a child.  I do not intentionally look to dog anyone or make someone look bad.  You dont know my situation and what myself and David Dey had workd out.  But since you think you know everything and your the all mighty wizard I will explain my situation for others to understand.   I had an agreement with David Dey where he would provide me a private money done for you rolodex.  Now for those who are saying whats that?    He had stated that he would find people in my area who are lending money for real estate and he would contact those people on my behalf, build rapport and then introduce me as an associate so that i can start using them for my own real estate projects.  Its been since October 2011, it is now May 24, 2013 and I still have not received anything from David.  I had paid him $5000 for this.   Now as far as communication i do understand people are busy and cant respone right away but when you leave 10 voice mails and 20 txt messages over the course of 1-2 months and you get no reply back in any of that time, well then I dont think your that busy that you cant get to your phone to reply back to a txt or make a call unless your in jail.

As far as being disgruntled customer, yes i am and I think anyone fort that matter would be if you paid $5k and receicved nothing in over a year and a half and get no return phone calls when your trying to follow up with whats going on with the money you just paid someone for.    So before you open your big mouth and sound like an idiot with an IQ of .01 know your facts and the situation before you call people pathetic and ridiculous.

Infact Im sure if you paid someone $5 whether it be for training, a service or getting work done on your house and they took your money and never showed up or called you back. you wuld be OK with that?   Lets be honest now?  You would really be OK with losing $5K?  Or would you be angry and upset and would you continue to call them until you got a hold of them?   Well thats exactly what im doing.  I also have the payments of $5k to prove it.  Also since your a mister know it all, im sure you didnt know that David actually owed someone else over $100k for money they borrrowed and he made me make $2k of my $5k payment made out to that individual?  How do I know this you may ask, because I contacted the person I sent the paypal of $2k too and he filled me in on his situation with David.  So im glad your experience with him was great but mine has been nothing close to that.  I dont like, i dont make anything up and I have all the facts to prove it if need be.   So its really childish, pathetic and ridiculous that idiots like yourself make assumptions on people with out knowing the facts, but as you said thats the culture we live in.  People dont know the facts and make up their own in their head.  Again you must be an idiot for you to even reply

I have had nothing short of a good experience compared to the earlier individual. Responses were reasonable and Mr. Dey's knowledge is thorough. Also, being a business man myself, I can understand situations where phone call's or text's are not returned in the time frame a person thinks they should be.....these things happen. After my own background check, I didn't find any other "addresses" the previous complainant accuses Mr. Dey of having and frankly, who cares? Many business, corporations, LLC's, etc. have multiple address.

I find it pathetic and ridiculous that a disgruntled customer would attempt to shame someone or their reputation by distorting information or spreading falsehood altogether. Of course, distorting the facts and blatant lying is the norm for our culture. At any rate, if it hadn't been for Mr. Dey my time in real estate would have been short lived. The information was invaluable and with effort on my part, I have seen very good return's.

I have finally heard back from David Dey and after being extremely apologetic and sincere I realized their was a reason as to why he was not able to contact me.  He has some personal issues to take care of.  At this point he has agreed to provide me with the service I paid for or he said he would refund me back all my money.
