David parker David parker did not furnish a title for a vehicle immediately upon my reciept of the vehicle. Las vegas Nevada

 I made a verbal agreement with David Parker to take a vehicle from him in trade of services rendered. At the time of the trade, David told me the title for the vehicle I was to recieve was at his house. A week later he was still unable to furnish a title. He then said that he would file for a lost title. Low and behold here I am almost two years later and still no title. He continually makes excuses for why he cannot furnish a title. He has given me deadlines that he would take the vehicle back, and pay me for my services multiple times. Those deadlines have come and gone. I have voiced to him my frustrations regarding this vehicle and it's status, at which point he ignores my phone calls and text messages. Mind you he operates on a dealers liscense from Colorado. Whatcha out for this individual he will take you for everything he can.
