Writing this report after a year of patience. I gave David Powers of David Powers Construction LLC 50,000 Dollars as a deposit for rehab/repairs of 2 homes. He did only 10% of the repairs after pocketing the money and all have been getting is excuses. He and his Partner "Mr Briggs" have done this to multiple people and we need to put a stop to them. If you ever enter a construction contract with Mr Powers enter at your risk. You been warned.

After a long Skype call with Mr. Powers we resolved the issue yesterday and he has workers here finishing the job as we speak. He is an honest man and i retract my previous report
