David said that is not legal but he can not enforce the program. I Paid a lot of money, waist of time and the lender wrote me a letter in 3/6/14 stating that the item was non-negotiable so I lost my money and David Young 850-423-9728 did not help, simple as that. All those You tube videos convincing information and I was desperate to save my house so I took a loan to pay for the program and finally he said nothing I can do the lender did not take your IPM. sorry;. Hopefully I will save your money. (((redacted)))
