There are several posts on here about this woman, but I wanted a new one to make sure people realized that she has opened a new web site with a new name for her business. Why? Because she has so many complaints about Heaven Sent Shih-Tzus on the web and she needed a new name to hide under so that she can go on ripping people off.
Take the time to READ her other reports. Search for Dawn Sanford, or Heaven Sent Shih-Tzu or Heavenly Fur Babies. She has not given several people papers for her dogs that she sold for HIGH PRICES for breeding rights. Then turns around and says that she sells most of her dogs as "pet only" dogs.
Whatever. She talks about "her" lines when her dogs have been bred by someone else. It's someone elses knowledge and hard work that she is claiming as her own. As well as blaming someone else for her pitfalls -- lies is all you will get with her. She has taken dogs from other kennels and not paid for them. She has court cases against her - and won. She has people investigating her. She has complaints in with the Attorney Generals Office as well as AKC.
DO YOU REALLY WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS WOMAN?!?!? If you have also had a bad experience PUT UP A POST HERE!!! Tell eveyone you know who is looking for a Shih Tzu to STAY AWAY FOME THIS WOMAN. I tried for a year with all kindness just to get what I paid for and all I got was lies, excuses and disrespectful talk (to put it mildly) from this woman. Don't make the mistake I and so many others unfortunately did.

I baught a dog from this woman and never received it or my money back. After lies and lies and lies etc.....
I sued Dawn and appeared in the Third District, Salt Lake County, Small Claims Department. In Salt Lake City, Utah.
I did win my case. I won a X amount of dollars. Dawn did not even show up. She may not have had the money or she may not have had the means because she was or still is, I am not sure, under investigation with her state social services.
She is now working with Karen Christensen and several others trying to promote a new club.
Please steer clear of her and anything, or anyone she associated herself with, for fear that they share they same ethics.
Dawn still owes people money and papers.
