I paid for small business starter to build a business credit profile and it suppose to take five days to issue duns number. As three weeks and calling the customer service are the sales reps that are uncaring people. They sound rude and didn't want to tell why the duns number was not issue. The sad part when I called accounting department to issue a credit. The person sound shock that paying for duns number to be issue hadn't been done. I called again to see if by issuing a credit $229 for small business starter would issue my duns number. The sales rep said to reapply but this time for free duns number but it would take 30 days. The sales rep couldn't pull up my business info by business name but by my company email address.

I truly found other unhappy customers who have start a business as LLC and have received phone calls from DnB corp. to tell the business owners there are negative information for unpaid bills.

I have all of the bills from time building my business show them paid on time and in full.
