I also wanted to ad that this customer is stating that I am a con man and a liar.  I think that those are some very harsh words.  We get paid when the job is done and the customer is satisfied.   We have also had the same name and the same phone number since Feb 1998.  We do not run from our problems.   Also looking on Rip off report I could only find this one and it really upsets me knowing I try so hard to attain every customers needs.

Not at all true.  I am a customer  of DBest Floors.  They delivered and installed my floors about a week and a half after I had ordered it (which is within the time frame specified in the contract).  They also did a beautiful job installing it.   I didnt wait 2 months like Dawn would have you believe, thats not really accurate.   When the installers came to my house, they did the job right away.  They are not at all as she says. They have great flooring at a fantastic price, they do the job right and have excellent financing that cant be matched.  I recommend DBest to everyone looking to upgrade their floors at a great low price and great customer service.
