D.C.s Bird Dogs Dan Christiansons Bird dogs and Hunting Sick dog dead 2 days after we brought it home!! BEWARE Hurley South Dakota

We bought a German Shorthair pointer from Dan Christianson in South Dakota on May 2nd 2009 the dog seemed healthy at the time and I wasnt concerned, the breeder (Dan Christianson) didnt want us to sign the contract he told us to go ahead and just mail him a copy back (seemed weird but ok) we paid $300 for the dog and brought it home. The next morning we woke up and gave the dog some of this yellowish stuff that the breeder gave us (told us it was to settle his stomache from the drive we live in Illinois) I thought it looked like wormer but he assured us that the dog had been vet checked as it says on his website and was healthy.

 Since the puppy wasnt eating I thought this would help... Within 1 hour the dog was throwing up round worms like crazy, we called Dan Christianson and told him what was going on, he told us to take the dog to the vet, (it was a Sunday and they were not open) so we waited. 5 hours later the dog was weezing and not able to hold even water down, we stayed up with him until 2 am, by that time he was throwing up blood and we were scared to go to sleep and leave him, we got him in the vet as soon as they opened up, they ran tests and found out that he was infected with Parvo (a deadly disease with dogs) and the round worms were really bad. They started treating him Monday for the parvo and worms, he was dead by Tuesday afternoon, they had tried to treat the parvo first and then went to worm him when he got alittle stronger and he was so full of worms that when they dewormed him, they worms had nowhere to go but out. He choked to death on the worms. Our vet said it was the worst case of round worm she had ever seen.

 I called the breeder he agreed to pay the vet bill and refund the money for the dog. Its now 8-31-09 and I have only gotten the money from the dog, I paid a $530 dollar vet bill and no money yet, im starting here but im going to keep going until his breeding license is taken away, this breeder is horrible!! Dont buy from him!
