I, have to admit I am guilty of falling under the spell to the fraudulent activities being carried out by over the phone fraudsters and scammers, maybe other words to describe this is entrapment, deception and deceit.
The initial contact was from a Mr. John Richmond of The LML Group or John Richmond and Associates, email address was ( j.richmond@thelmlgroup.com ) the accounts assistant was named Christine Lim this was for the opt in to buy shares in the Eldora Gold Resources and I paid for 20,000 shares. On sending an email to ask a question the email address was returned as undeliverable etc, then the web address was blocked for any access.
After many months gone by I received emails from a group named DCS Equity International Ltd, address shown as Via Conca Del Naviglio, 18-20123 Milano, Italy, ph:  +390240326722
Names presented to date:
Mr. Thomas Glover, CEO;
Mr. David Watson, Director of Operations email address was/is ( davidwatson@dcsequity.com of info@dcsequity.com or customerservices@dcsequity.com );
Ms. Olivier Archer, Accounts Assistant;
Mr. Anthony Maxwell, Chief Legal Officer and uses a Notarized stamp beside name;
One or more of the above persons contacted me informing that The LML Group had gone bust and this company had taken over the portfolio.
Well, sadly and my stupidity, the smooth as silk, slick as oil, forked tongue or whichever other name we call them the person convinced me to buy some more shares so that I could get back my initial investment plus a profit.
They have this scam/fraud scheme done with plenty of experience by the looks as they send very convincing documents to provide evidence that the shares are held in the your/targets name;
1.       Deutsche Borse Group: Sales Receipt
2.       United States Securities and Exchange Commission: Form 4 Statement of Changes in Beneficial Ownership
I had written an email airing my doubts about the legality after a period of time as a result of no convincing action from them. Soon after I received a phone call from Watson telling me all about how bad people are that make claims in online reporting of fraud as they never use their real names. He went to great lengths to convince me that they were legitimate and I had no cause for alarm, Oh how stupid of me.
I can understand why people refrain from using their real name as they like me do really feel stupid and angry that they/I have been a victim of a fraudster and they are too scared to tell others about it, that they have just lost thousands of dollars.
I see in the web site http://www.fraudnet.info/forum/index.php?a=vtopic&t=47 that the last entry was 20 July 2010 and 21 months later they are still in action performing their scams.
