My husband and I were told we would be billed 154.00 monthly for medical supplies we agreed to that, the employee entered it as weekly so I was surprised with a draft on 7/13 we were also billed 7/7 so I called this morning at 9:15 am they seen there was an error entered weekly instead of monthly asked if I wanted to apply this to Augest payment I told her I don't have the funds to do that and I have a very small margins from pay check to pay check

 so she put in for a reversal of payment after the conversation I called my bank explained it I was told unfortunately I would be billed a overdraft fee (they charge 36.00) so I called back there is a 15 minute wait time each time I had chores to do so had my husband talk to them he was told they would mail the overdraft charge after I send documentation of the overdraft so I called back another 15 minutes asked for a supervisor right off she told me the bank would take the charge off after the payment was reversed

I told her I already talked to my my bank and what they told me she said they don't reimburse overdraft fees I explained it was not my fault they debited a second payment and I should not have to pay she kept insisting the bank would take the overdraft off so I said I'll wait until tomorrow to see what happens but if I have a overdraft charge I'm calling back her answer was laughfter I also thought I heard her say it won't do you any good but I was pretty upset at her attitude. What can I do .?

 What can you do??? How about making a better impression? How about applying what was taught in second and third grade regarding sentence structure, punctuation and capitalization? That way you won’t look like a dummy with one long, continuous run-on sentence! What is wrong with you???

Sending overdraft in the mail end of the month

 I called back today they referred me to billing . Said it can take 72 hours for the payment to show up at my bank and they will only issue a check for overdraft and they send out checks once a month at the end of the month so I’ll get that in August, 36.00 is not much money but it is a lot to someone on a tight budget scraping from week to week, but they don’t seem to care and sound as though they are giving me 36.00 and I should be grateful.

Not happy with this kind of attitude I will be canceling my business with them very unprofessional repor Pat was nice but seemed irritated I was upset about mailing out at the end of the month and they were so nice to return my payment up to 72 hours after debiting it from my account as though I was getting a favor!
