DDR Motorsport, Deigo Grullon No business ethics, Terrible business practices and fails to meet commetments Miami Florida

I previously represented DDR Motorsports in the lawsuit brought by the individual making this report.  The case is still pending in the County Court in Dade County Florida.  DDR Motorsport has a legitimate defense to all the allegations being made by the complainant, who himself breached the contract by failing to make timely payments on the kit car build and who sought a refund half way through the build. The terms of the agreement for a custom built kit car do not include a right to a refund. Furthermore the individual making this report has actively engaged in defamatory conduct against DDR Motorsports for which he will eventually have to answer for in Court himself.  I have known Diego for many years and he has meticulously built dozens of MiamiGT kit cars for customers all over the world who are very happy with the product.
