I received this date of 1/8/07, a letter containing a grant confirmation, Founded by Jacqueline De Monaco in the year 2000,with my name on it and a registered number. Looks real.
Has included an Acceptance Instructions form to fill out and enclose $25.00 by check, cash, money order to help cover administrative costs. Reads, "Please mail back this entire form to De Monaco Heritage Fund, 318 Indian Trace, Ste #440, Weston, Fl, 33326. The letter is signed by J. De Monaco, Founder.

The form has an attachment with it signed by a Addison DeWit, Director of Grants, De Monaco Heritage Fund.

I almost was convinced it was real until i decided to hook up to this web site and found this same Company's Name and/or Funding Foundation. Claims to be a Wholly Private Fund. It was listed as a RIP-OFF SCAM.
