We checked out this company online and the only mention we found was on this site, indicating one problem with tickets.  One or two complaints about any company is to be expected, so we took a chance and ordered three Legoland California tickets on the clear understanding they would be emailed to us promptly, and paid by PayPal. (Smart!)

The next morning, the day of our Legoland visit, the tickets had not arrived, so we repeatedly phoned and emailed De-Sells and received no response.

Since the tickets would be no good to us if not received immediately, I disputed the charges on PayPal.

Amazingly, although I had been trying to reach the company for hours, within minutes I was notified by PayPal that the vendor had reversed the PayPal charges, had claimed my email had not worked and that emails to me had been returned.

That seems odd since I did receive multiple emails from de-sells' ordering system saying the order was received, complete, etc. -- just no tickets.

I had also emailed them enquiring what had happened.  How could they not have had the correct email address.

From Buyer

We ordered 3 tickets for Legoland California from the De Sells website on the evening of 11/29/2015 on the understanding -- clearly laid out on the De Sells website and confirming emails -- that the tickets would arrive by email by early morning on 11/30/2015, and long before 8AM PST.

This morning, the tickets have not arrived. We checked all email and Spam boxes. Multiple calls to the phone number listed are unanswered and an email sent an hour ago has yet to receive a response. The online chat at De Sells remains inactive even now at 11 AM EST.

The ticket purchase was time-sensitive and depended on prompt delivery.

My family has now left for Legoland without the promised tickets. Even if delivered now, many hours late, Legoland tickets are useless to us. We leave for home tomorrow.

I request a full refund on the grounds of non-performance by the vendor and failure to respond to multiple attempts to contact them.
