I signed up last night and paid $36 for a starter pack of 'bids' - but once I started using the site it was slow and full of bugs which caused me to lose 2 auctions. At the end of my first user experience I had lost close to $100 and got nothing in return.

Refund

You responded to my support request but no one has offered any of my money back.

If your claim is this: "On average customers receive as much value back for every dollar they spend on DealDash than if they would shop traditionally at a major retailer like Sears." Then I believe that I should be compensated for the glitches in your system that caused me to lose items at the last second. And secondly, I spent $100 on your site and now have 0 bids in my account and was not able to win anything of value. Is that your business model?

I am very sorry to hear you experienced a problem logging into your account, as mentioned in the email you sent to customer support, and that our technical issues prevented you from using the site.

I see you were able to win an auction for a 150 Bid pack (value $90) however were unsuccessful winning the other high end items you bid on like the iPad2, 300 Bid pack and others. Unfortunately DealDash can not guarantee everyone would win a high valued item like some of the auctions you participated in however on DealDash bidders that dont win the auction, can buy an identical item for its normal price using the Buy it Now, and get back all the bids they used for free.

Customer satisfaction is a very important core value of DealDash and I am very sorry the service and experience was not as you expected. DealDash has a 100% money back guarantee for anyone who tries DealDash and if dissatisfied for any reason, DealDash will refund your first purchase - no questions asked. I will make sure you are provided with a refund.

Please feel welcome to contact DealDash with any questions you may have.

Sincerely,
Dave
