Purchase Wu Yi Diet Tea for total $45.96. had not received the order so I attempted to call their number. the telephone number is nolong in use. I sent several email to them using both email addresss I had. No response was given.

Our 800 number is always available, and we respond to customer emails, every single one.
Since we have no record of a customer named Avery, we can assume the writer is a competitor, slandering our company.
Our competitors, one in particular, with a 14 day free trial, is the one with a disconnected 800 number, and who charges customers multiple times for product never received. These customers call anyone who may be able to help them.
I challenge the writer to contact us in writing via US Mail, to prove he/she is a customer, and we will respond.
We are a registered company in NC, with a solid reputation. Our attorneys have been contacted to track this writer down, and take legal action for slander.

today I received part of the order shipment with note stating that demand has been high so they are two weeks behind. They still have not answer any emails. this company has a lot to learn if they expect to stay in business.
