Ulises Garcia Torrealba misrepresented himself and pretended he worked for a Kitchen company in Doral. I even met him at the Kitchen Showroom where he had an office. I chose the cabinets I wanted there personally, he gave me an invoice and I paid him half in cash and half in check but under his personal name at the beginning of 2017. Every month, he had an excuse why he wasnt coming to deliver and install the cabinets. Then his personal problems started. He claimed he broke his collar bone and couldnt move, even his mom being in the hospital. At the end, supposedly she even died in Venezuela and he couldnt refund me my money nor deliver what he promised. We are in December 2017 and he took off with my money and never delivered. The company where I had met him at claimed, Ulises was not their employee. At the end, Ulises scammed me of my money and abused me.
