I joined this auction site in Oct 2012, first auction delivery of items were timely,  then on 11-4 I paid for a several auctions won and again on 11-10 

I have yet to receive the 75.00 amazon gift card that was suppose to be here 11-22 and now is in a preparing for shipment mode 

I have failed to receive to 25.00   walmart gift cards

I had won a hand held fish finder value of 79.00 which was for weeks in a preparing to ship mode now it  is out of stock the want me to take a replacement gift card of $50.00 for amazon when amazon sells this find  finder for 85.00

I won a game for a value of 15.00 which was the first out of stock item so I took that 15.00 gift card but now every auction that I had won is out of stock and they want to replace with gift cards below the value of the auctions won. 

Yes their terms of agreements say they have the right to substitute items for same value or above but no where does it say below value and no where does it say you wont get 6 out of 6 items you bid on and won and paid for. 

nor does it say you will wait  4 weeks for gift cards and still not get the gift cards you paid for right after winning with no delay. 

so out of 16 auctions I have not received 10 items paid for 

So glad that they are scrooge in my Christmas shopping as these were all presents, not to mention the money I spent in bid packages in order win these few things  

funny some of the things I won and have not received are current in auctions going on now and later tonight

I had this problem as well if you went through paypal you can challenge all charges even the bids you bought to get them, I did this and started getting refunds from paypal the next day! I would also like to go class action with the company if you are interested please e-mail me at
