Dealers License Group has been in the business of helping individuals obtain their Indiana wholesale dealers license since 2007. They use to go under the name Dealer Auction Access, but it appears they ran into an infraction with the Secretary of State and changed names. In 2013 the Indiana SOS started changing their regulations for wholesale dealers. At this time Dealer License Group did not inform their new potential clients of the new changes being made and continued to sign individuals up. They collected an upfront administrative fee, security deposit, and first month rent. They then had a representative from their sister company, Dealer Insurance Group, contact the individuals to help (they acted as the insurance broker) obtain the surety bond and liabitlity insurance. They collected an additional fee for brokering the insurance. After two to four months of Dealer License Group collecting a $300.00 monthly rental fee, individuals started finding out about the new regulations for obtaining an Indiana wholesale dealers license. Dealer License Group should have had some ethics and informed individuals of the new regulations taking place, instead Dealers License Group chose to collect the money and then ignore individuals when they were confronted. Dealer License Group also ignored the fact of returning security deposits. When Representatives of Dealer License Group were contacted to inquire about the fees and getting their security deposit back, the representatives would advise individuals that they could not authorize anything and the Vice President, Adrian Kiglies, would have to approve it. Individuals made numerous attempts by email to contact Adrian Kiglies, they went unanswered. One representative of Dealer License Group said Adrian Kiglies has been busy with BMAK Auction. BMAK auction is a sister company of Dealer License group which Adrian Kiglies is also the Vice President of. If you go onto BMAK Auction's website you will find they are still promoting their sister company Dealer License Group to obtain your wholesale dealers license. It is strongly recommended to proceed with caution and do research if you are looking into signing up with Dealer License Group or conducting business with Adrian Kiglies.
