The software is clunky, and not a smooth transitions whatsoever between areas of the program. The only way to install the software is to allow Anatoly full access to your computer with a rech-out program that he sends you a link for. Who knows what else he is looking at in your system, or if he is copying files as he works!? The interface does not work properly, and does not communicate with QB as he said it would. Forms are hard to maneuver through, and most of them are outdated versions. You can not print them because the system wont adjust the templates to being printable and the standard of sizing for his program is off the radar. We found Anatoly to be pushy and argumentative and when you ask for help with the program he comes across as it being your fault the program isnt working as he said it would, rather than admitting that his software is faulty and poorly constructed! Our most recent interaction with the company is below:

We cancelled our subscription to Dealer-Mate in July 2015. We had originally planned on just taking a break from our sales business, as it is secondary to our other busy and successful company. On Nov 2nd, 2015 someone in the Dealer-Mate company charged our credit card twice... once for $495, and again for $100. These charges were unauthorized and our card number should not have even still been on file with in the companys records at this point in time. I reached out to Anatoly immediately upon finding the charges on our statement and his response was that he "needed to call someone" and that he would "call me back tomorrow". After not hearing from him by 3pm (24 hours after the call I made) I emailed him, including the string from our cancellation conversation. His response was that he "is busy and shorthanded", and "not to worry", as well as some insinuating remarks that sounded like he felt the charges were justified!

Again?!

AUTHOR: - ()

POSTED: Monday, December 07, 2015

UPDATE:

December 1st: Anatoly has AGAIN attempted to charge our card for a monthly fee of $100, after it has been made clear that we unsubscribed in July of 2015, and other charges were already disputed with card issuer. Unauthorized charging to a card is called FRAUD! I was also threatened by Anatoly during a phone call where he stated "You should realize I work with programmers and such very closely and can make hell for you and your businesses on the internet and no one could trace it to me", to which I reminded him that all phone calls into and out of this facility are recorded, and his response to that was "You misunderstand me, I am certain. English not my first language and sometime I say wrong words". Because reverting to being a poor immigrant with a language barrier excuses your scammy business practices? Nope! You are in the US and you run your business here, so the laws of the US apply to you just like they do to me!

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! They keep telling me how successful they are, however they still have the need to steal from former customers who cancelled months ago?
