On october 9th we spoke with Anatoly about his Dealer Mate Software.  After guaranteeing us it would work on our mac, we ordered and paid for the program.  On october 11th I emailed Anatoly about our issues with the program ie. running slowly, the inability to upload photos of the vehicles as we were supposed to, and the general lag in the software using it as a cloud.  He said the program was fine but our internet connection was too slow to run the software.  I explained that we have no other options for an internet provider in West Alton and he said he would get back to me.  He then said he would be happy to switch us to a local version of the software running windows on our mac as a virtual machine.  We contacted Apple who said we would have to buy special software to do so.  The bootcamp software is $199 and the antivirus software I would have to buy would be an additional $79 per year and would still possibly open my computer up to windows based viruses.  

On october 15th Anatoly replied to my email and said he would consult his tech team and call me back later in the day.  He suggested that I buy a windows laptop or pc to run the dealer mate software and use the mac for everything else.  That would entail a new pc @ $400, Quickbooks pro for pc @$400 to work with the quickbooks integration of the software and also microsoft office @$300.  He then said to satisfy us as an impatient client, he would supply us with the antivirus and that he would be in touch soon.  That still doesn't rectify the bootcamp situation.  He then sent me a link for free antivirus software which I wouldn't trust to protect my clients ss#'s and other information.  He then inadvertently sent us an email that was sent to him from his tech team that said It wouldn't work on our computer and that in the future they should sell it as a package with a laptop.  His final email to me said that I had a 45 day free trial and that i should continue to try using it.  

 Obviously in good faith we purchased this system to make our lives easier.  If the system worked as it should there wouldn't be an issue.  This isn't a case of buyers remorse, the program simply does not work with our computer on our internet connection as the tech team admitted.

To Whom It May Concern,

I had an issue with the software Dealer Mate when I first signed up.  The issue I had was due to my internet connection.  I have since dealt with Anatoly at Dealer Mate and have resolved the issue.  He installed the program locally on my machine and it is working great.  I made the report on ripoffreport.com because of the issue I was having.  I have since been using the program on my local machine and it performs flawlessly.  I have tried to post an update on my report and I have not been able to do so.  There is a bug in their system at ripoffreport.com that isn't allowing me to do so. 

I have contacted them several times and have received no help.  I forwarded these emails to Anatoly to show good faith that I am trying to change my report.  I am going to file a complaint with the FCC and my local attorney general on Monday to try and get this resolved.  I have had great dealings with Anatoly and his software since he installed the program locally on my machine.  The cloud would be great if I had a stronger internet connection but I am forced to use Satellite internet because of my dealerships location.  If you have any questions for me you can contact me anytime.

Anatoly shows his true colors.  He is a total crook and still has the audacity to reply to my report.  His product is inferior and WAY overpriced and if you have a legitimate problem he tries to make you feel stupid and offers next to nothing to help.  He says he offered to give me free plug ins?  Thats exactly what they were, he suggested that I run Windows on my Mac and protect it with a free antivirus software.  He offered nothing.  He cannot be successful as he has been fighting me for months over $750.  If he had any integrity he would have refunded my money.  They offer a 45 day free trial?  He admitted that is a joke as well. I figured out that it won't work on the first day and he wouldn't refund my money.  He also said it took a little longer to upload a picture.  I pic takes over 10 mins and he wants to blame it on my internet?  I use carsforsale and it works brilliantly.  I can upload 10 pics in 10 seconds.  ANATOLY IS  A LIAR AND A THEIF. DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS ANTIQUATED SOFTWARE!

we have totally different version of this case:

User simply has slower than usual internet service available in his area (I think he said rural community and has no choice-single provider) so had to wait little longer to upload pictures in cloud or use dealer-mate or any other sw as local application.

He has chosen to simply blame us, no matter what we tried to do, including offering him totally FREE plugins sw, installation and training for our sw as local application on his MAC IOS in virtual windows environment (no one in our market place has any other solution!). 

I repeat, at 0 cost to this user! He contiguously twisted everything around and keep insisting on some fantom costs for windows, pc, laptop, firewall sw, qbooks, etc. that we never asked for! Mind bugging! 

He filed dispute with our CC merchant account and refusing to pay any amount or settle this case amicably after all of the work we have done. We never promised or guaranteed that our sw would run they way he wants it with slower internet, he has 0 proof of that. Bottom line, its very easy to smear an honest company on the open web forum format...

So, any one having any questions and need prove of this statement, welcome to call me directly at
