Dealer Track is the parent company for JTracker and Central Dispatch.  These a*ses hate their own customer base... could care less about customer service... could care less what improvements could be made to their system... they just want your money and that's it.

F* you Central Dispatch... f* you Jtracker.  Act like you give a s* and you won't get reviews like this from truckers or brokers. 

Truckers driver 24/7... you should be open 24/7.  Why are you not open 24/7?  Because you are a*holes that's why.  

Why don't you answer your phone when your monthly subscribers call you?  Because you don't give a s* what we have to say. 

Why don't you develop better software when you hear the same complaints about your system day in and day out?   Because you don't give a s*.  

You people suck and it shows in every aspect of your game.   I hope investors see this post and I hope they realize it came from someone who would love to punch the crap out of your uppper management people if given a chance. 

F* you and the horse you rode in on.   Zero customer servcie... terrible software that craps out all the time.  Bankers hours that don't serve the industry you claim to serve (you don't serve us... you s* on us).

The technical support people that keep your site working....   FIRE THEM ALL.  START OVER.   THEY SUCK!  

Every trucker and broker would punch them in the face if we could.  

Do not invest in Central Dispatch, JTracker or DealerTrack Technologies.   It's a losing bet.

Answer your d**n phones 24/7 and start serving your customer.  Stop s*ting on us.  

Why can't a competing dispatch board give everyone three free months so we can all jump ship away from these assholes?   C'mon... they are ripe for the picking.   My God.
