I have never witnessed a company as this one before in my life. Normally when call a company and a representative is rude to you, you can just ask for the supervisor instead. Apparently, in Dealers Warranty the supervisor is the rude person and there is no one else in that department other than him. Seriously the only person in that department! The company calls down a list of numbers and every time they indicate it is your 2nd and final notice to get additional warranty on your car. I should have known then when they call me indicating my warranty was running out that it was a scam because I never had warranty on my car because it was used. Foolishly I listen to want they were offering.

I was very doubtful if I should get there service, but they pressure you telling you that this a one time offer and once they let you go off the phone you loose the possibility of getting the discounted rate. The only reason why I added the service was because they informed me that there is no cancellation fee and you can do that anytime without penalty. What a lie that was. The salesman blatantly lied on the phone to me because when I call 5 days later to cancel the cancellation department (same and only one guy pretending to be a department) informed me that there is a cancellation fee and a difficult process to cancel. I informed him that the sales representative told me differently and its recorded. The scum cancellation representative was so rude and told me I was lying and that is not true and I ask for supervisor and he let me know he is the supervisor. The falsely advertised their service to get me to sign and I asked for a refund and they said no and I owe them money even though I cancel their service literally 5 days after I signed. Ask asked them why do I owe you any money when I received nothing from your service and was told I can cancel anytime without penalty? Their response was they had to pay fees for registration, but then I asked them to provide documentation of the fees they paid they said they can not provide that information. What real company do you know that can not provide documentation for their customers for their billing (hello its call billing statements)!! The cancellation department never responded on the notion that the sales representative blatantly lied about the service in regards to cancellation to make a sale. They were a hassle to deal with because they literally keep you on hold for 20 mins hoping for you to wait and because there are probably same 5 people scamming innocence individuals. I want to take them to small claims court or sometime because I don't want anyone to go through what I did and I want my hard earned cash refunded.

I basically paid for a service never received, never obtain any documentation, was lied to, was treated rudely, and spent countless hours speaking to the same a*****e in the cancellation department. This company is a scam!!! Please take away from this soulless company!!! They basically stole my money!!!!
