Dealer Warranty Services LLC RUDE!!! St. Louis Missouri

I was called one day leaving work and the message said that it was my "final notice" to take advantage of an extended warranty. I called back and like an idiot, I set up payments.

After speaking with several people and really thinking about my options, I decided to cancel the warranty before any funds were even taken out of my account. I called yesterday to cancel (2-25-09) and was given HORRIBLE customer service.

The person I spoke with was one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. He started asking things like "who are you to trust a [manufacturer] warranty of 36,000miles when the people who made the car don't even extend the warranty past then?"...EXCUSE ME?!

All I wanted to do was cancel the stupid warranty before it even started and I ended up being harrassed to no end! After about 10 minutes of going around and around with this guy, I agreed to have someone call me on March 18th to see what could be "worked out"...however, I planned to call the next day... :)

I did call today (2-26-09), spoke with someone different, but was STILL given horrible service. I was able to FINALLY cancel the warranty, but they did not give me a confirmation number.

So, I called back to see about that and was AGAIN given horrible service. I was told that "if they said it was cancelled, it was cancelled".

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE ACCEPTING A WARRANTY FROM THIS COMPANY IF IT WAS THE LAST PLACE ON EARTH!!!
