I cancelled my membership before the trial period ended and was given an operator id# as my confirmation. However, I checked my charge card statement and I was charged $50.80.

This company is running a scam. I can't get through the toll-free number to speak to someone and the website isn't any help. You can contact them by mail or e-mail.
