Dean Insurance in Florida Dog Bite Quote Cancelled Only Cuz They Did Not Try To Debit My Creidt Card Altamonte Springs Florida

The previous complaint is right. They will cancel suddenly for no reason and Laurie Sullivan is the worst. She told me my credit card would be debited monthly on the 3rd and then told me it would be debited on the 15th. Then she sent me this email on the 18th: "om Hi This is Laurie, we have a new subscription in our service. So , it is ladle. What I need from you is an active"  And that's all she wrote. I had no idea what this meant. On the same day, I got a cancellation notice by email from another employee. When I sent an email through their website and to Laurie and asked why I was being cancelled, Laurie sent me an email telling me only that my policy was cancelled. When I asked by email why they did not take the money from my credit card when it was due, I got an email from yet another employee telling me only that "they will not reinstate".  They never explained Laurie's email to me and never explained why they didn't try to debit my credit card for the monthly payment.
