Debit Corporatiion of America has ripped off hundreds of individual consumers with the promise of selling these prepaid mastercards. In the company's terms and conditions, which state that a refund will be issued if cancelled within 45days, has not been fulfilled.

In addition, there is no support for selling these prepaid cards, and they have evidently had some problems with the initial certificates, because DCOA has subsequently changed the cards certificates, identifying another company which does not honor sales.
