This posting is so ridiculous I don't know where to begin but I guess I will try. Your opinions are nothing but garbage to me. The reason my husband and I have stayed together is absolutely none of your business. You are a liar, and I am a "front" for nothing. Steve Pannell did, in fact, live in Blairsville, GA.

Steve will be rebutting most of this. I will say this, he owes you no money and most certainly did not steal from you. That has been fabricated in your mind. You are correct about one thing - the judgment. It was a DE-FAULT judgment. A attorney was paid to handle that matter but failed to do so. This is being addressed through legal proceedings.

4 extramarital affairs? I wouldn't have a clue what my building contractor does with his personal life, much less care. Would any fool actually come out and state they are having multiple affairs? Hardly.

Assets? How would you know anything about our personal assets? Stalking? Do you actually believe it is yours or anyone else's business what kind of assets we have?
Why is it so interesting to you? What assets you have or don't have is the last thing that would interest me.

Reading this rebuttal from Steve makes my stomach turn. I am one of his nieces although I haven't seen or had any contact with him in about 15 years or so. When I was a child in elementary school, Steve sexually abused my sister, myself and many other cousins and young girls. He is a pedophile.
Whoever reads this needs to know that if you are someone who has small children, please be cautious! He comes from a family where most of them are the same. I am sorry he has scammed so many people and I hope that God will bring all of us justice who have been victimized by him. My parents covered it and never pushed the issue, so he was never charged with any child sexual abuse crime. I am now a police officer myself mostly because of my childhood circumstances. I am also actively teaching women self-defense to maybe help others to prevent the type of things I endured myself. As a police officer, I am saying to anyone who might read this, please be careful with whoever you deal with and never pay labor fees before the work is done. Only pay for construction labor work after it is done or as it is being completed. People like Steve Pannell are very cunning but also can be dangerous around children. Please use extreme caution when dealing with ANYONE you barely know no matter how charming, Christian, clean cut and trustful they seem. Remember, that is how they are able to invade your checkbook and home. You have a right to ask questions and get many different references before you let them into your home. Steve wants the public to believe that he is respectful of women and disgusted by inappropriate behavior from them. This could not be further from the truth. That is his way of deceiving you and gaining your trust. Again, I want to warn any and all of these single women he is targeting. Please use extreme caution, not only with your finances, but especially with your children!

All these postings made by Steve Pannell are complete and utter lies and I welcome this opportunity to refute Steve Pannell's ridiculous distortion of the truth. It's laughable that Mr. Pannell, a con artist on trial for fraud and theft, is attempting to discredit a victim's infallible reputation. None of these occurrences ever happened to us. Mr. Pannell has so many victims that he's getting them all confused. Yes we took a loan to build our house, it's called a mortgage and we did not flood our own house. An irate sub-contractor Steve hired and didn't pay chose to retaliate by loosening the bolt on our toilet. Fortunately the vandalism was discovered before any damage was done. But it's very interesting that Steve knew this incident occurred! Steve is so desperate he resorts to name calling and has wild delusions of grandeur about a so-called involvement with him and other subcontractors. I have been happily married for 12 years and this horrific encounter has reminded us of the importance of helping others. I would never betray my husband. How ridiculous! I haven't spoken with Mr. Pannell for 7 months except when he tried to plea-bargain so that I would drop my civil charges (a confession I also have recorded). Mr. Pannell continues to berate my husband simply because that's Mr. Pannell's own inadequacies appearing in print. The only reason Mr. Pannell continuously cries of being seduced by a woman is because he lives in a demented dream world. I learned of 4 extramarital affairs in the past 8 months and he complained of being married to an alcoholic. It's my opinion; he stays with her because she is a front to handle fraudulent transfers of money to avoid creditors. Steve Pannell also doesn't live in Blairsville, GA. In fact, he has no residence or assets in his name. He's such a coward he won't even show up in court to face his elderly victims in Shelby County, Alabama.

Who has more credibility? The voice of 1 man (Steve Pannell) who personally places comments to his own posting and remains anonymous OR a reputable individual who has other victims posting similar stories on ripoff.com?

Do you trust a person who circulates bad checks (felony offense) to the IRS, Lowes and trusting victims throughout the Southeast? Steve Pannell stole money from us and I have a court judgment proving he owes me $10,000 plus daily accumulated interest. I have never had any intimate dealings with Mr. Pannell and my attorney and I consider all his false accusations libel and will pursue it accordingly. Mr. Pannell has made it easy to win our libel lawsuit because he cannot prove a single lie in his posting. We'll serve him and his wife with those civil papers when he's behind bars. This will be just one more legal claim in conjunction with his charges of Theft, Deceptive Trade Practices and Fraud by Deception in Shelby County, Alabama and numerous civil judgment rulings. I have no liens or lawsuits against me. That would be Mr. Pannell once again confusing his tormented life with mine.


I thank Mr. Pannell for giving me yet another opportunity to prove what a poor excuse of a man he is. These absurd threats and lies have made us and our friends more determined than ever to see him behind bars. I too have recordings of Steve's disgusting attempts to seduce me along with mentions of his extramarital affairs and conversion of funds.

Debra Andrews is a pathetic excuse for a woman. She is a pathological liar who will stop at nothing to get her own way. She talks about her husband Eric in the most unbelievable way. She calls him a nerd and says she is going to get away from him any way that she can. She even talks about how terrible he is sexually. The bottom line is----If I had gone ahead and had an affair with her she would not be harrassing me and blackmailing me. She even went so far as to tell me that she loves me.
