Debra Jo Handbags Design A Bag Studio Paid for product and never received it all, also sold for her company and never received the % she owes me!! Spanish Fort Alabama

I (Pam) became a rep. for Debra Jo handbags in May of 2007 and paid $325.00 for the kit which I was suppose to receive within a 3 week period, It took 7 weeks and when I did receive it I only got part of it and to date Dec. 2007 I still haven't received the rest of it. I went ahead and began holding parties selling this product and since July people are still waiting for there bags and she will not give refunds. She owes me over $900.00 and won't respond to my phone calls or emails.

The bags I have gotten are falling apart and they are not worth the money people are paying for them! I have given her the benefit of the doubt and have been more than nice. I feel that she needs to be shut down and not be able to have any kind of business, as she has no idea what she is doing. I have reported her to the BBB and hope to have her shut down. Do not order from this company unless you are willing to lose money and or get a product that is going to fall apart.
