Debt Free Financial Credit Union ripoff Toronto Ontario

My husband and I recieved a phone call from an Ms. Audrey Brooks saying we were approved for a $5000 loan. She said that she would fax the loan papers to us and to sign and send back to her. She also wanted us to fax her copies of his pay stub, social security # and drivers license. Because of my husbands credit we had to pay 4 months ahead for good faith as collateral.

We send her $896 through wire transfer which cost $79. She promised us that the money would be deposited into our account within 24 to 48 hours. Well that day it was supposed to be deposited I called the bank and there wasn't anything in our account from them yet.

A little later I received a call saying that there was a mistake and they needed an additional 3 months. I told her no way. Right there I knew it was fraud. I called Ms Brooks and I told her I wanted our money back. She said it would be sent back and would take 7 to 14 days. We'll we waited and still nothing. I called her again and after a week she finally called me back and said it would be deposited into our account and we needed our money back. We'll we waited a few days and still nothing.

This first started on January 27, 2003 and it is now February 28th and still nothing yet. I have called them and told them I called the law authorities in canada. I called the Phone Busters in canada and are really helpful.

There doing an investigation on them and are gonna go after them. I also told them they also go by Brisko Investments, so cross your fingers they catch these bastards. After reading about Brisko Investments I realized that them and debt free financial are the same people are the same. d**n canadians are ripp-offs. God luck to you all...
