My company downsized and I took a $15000+ bonus yr paycut stepping down form a Reg Mgr to taking a store as a General Mgr. I was over my head in debt. I went with a David Gruber from Debt Relief Options @ 866-333-4971
They are sponsered by Consumer Law Assc LLC. After 4 months of paying them $528 a month, they did nothing to help settle any debts. We cancelled the contract on 8-13-2008 and we have been getting excuses ever since about getting our money back. It has gone to the "Processing Department" and they are "Waiting" to decide whether they will give me my money back.

is in charge of this department and she told us we would have word on this by Oct 19th 2008...she now claims another story. They just keep pushing me and my wife around because they say it is over at the "Atnorney's " for review, as if to scare us and make it seem like they are a professional company. They are STEALING our money and refusing to return our calls or give us an answer as to what they plan to do. With the economy and now trying to resolve these debts myself I could use the moneythat they have chosen to steal from me. I commute 3 1\2 hours a day because that was the closeest store to keep my salary range, and with the price of gas it makes it hard. I would like to let others know that this Company Is A SCAM...so others will not fall into this trap.I would like to have someone investigate how they get all their fees UPFRONT to do absolutely nothing for us and refuse to give the consumers money back. If someone can help me, please do so and WARN others of the RIPOFF. Thanks
