Ideal Waelth Builders Club charged by credit card without my permission. Nationwide

Before seeing a $30.00 charge on my credit card I had never heard of this company. I am still not sure what it is exactly that they do. I beleive that they offer financial analysis. When I phoned to inquire about the charge and request a refund the agent was not able to tell me when I made contact with thier company to authorize this charge.The only thing that I can think of is that I ordered information a few weeks ago on grant information, which I never recieved. I actually called that company (www.mysearch4grantsandfunding.com). I know for a fact that did not authorize any other charges during the order process.The customer service rep at IWB advised me that the "account" has been cancelled and that I should receive the refund within 3 to 5 business day. I recieved email confirmations regarding this advisement.While on thr phone with the rep - she actually tried to sell me thier services -what a laugh!!. After charging my card without my permission - who in thier right mind would even consider doing business with this company.
